fundraising
BTB Soccer Academy encourages all teams to fundraise to help offset costs to the team and to individual players and families. It is up to each individual team to develop a budget prior to the season and communicate their budget to teams via a team meeting.
For clarity NO TEAM shall use the Association’s Alberta Gaming Commission license number for any team fundraising activities but shall make such application under their own license.
Every fundraising acivitivies must be approved by the club Director of Operations, who will ensure the activity adheres to the club fundraising policy, including that the activity is fair and inclusive to all players and families.
